Velis is Ariston’s thinnest and fastest water heater. It is not just a water heater, but an innovative gadget and a design accent in a modern interior. We created a promotional website to explain what makes it so special.
Among electric water heaters, Velis stands out not only for its innovative fast-heating technology, but also for a range of other remarkable features. Our task was to identify the most important ones.
We started creating the promotional website by analysing search queries, forum discussions, and real customer reviews. We identified and ranked the product advantages that mattered most to the target audience. These advantages formed the basis of the way users discover the product on the website.
Fast. The key advantage of the Velis water heater compared with a conventional model. Italian. We show the designer who created the shape of Velis and include a video fragment that visualises the process.
Easy to use. We let users “touch” the controls and explain the product’s key features.
This message appears directly in the website menu: Velis — fast, Italian, easy to use.
The rest of the website is devoted to service: choosing a specific model and finding the nearest store. We do not pressure users into taking action, as landing pages often do; instead, we make these actions the logical continuation of the product story.
The product images we created became a key element of the project.
Ariston had only a few photos of Velis, so we created a full set of close-up images to showcase both the product’s quality and its functionality.
